Living a Healthy Life

Living a Healthy Life
In the overly busy world that we live in it can be easy to neglect our health and wellness. We’re so busy racing through our day to day lives - family, friends, function, social engagements - that we don’t take the time to look after ourselves.

It’s really no wonder that therefore many of us are tired and run-down. What exactly are some simple factors that people can do to improve our quality of life?

Drink

You’ve heard it a million times and you’ll hear it a million more - drink more water probably!

Think about it: The human body is 72% drinking water. A 5% drop in fluids creates a 25-30% loss in energy from our body. A 15% drop in liquids causes death!

At this point in time, 66% of us aren’t drinking enough water, so over half the population isn’t operating on all six cylinders to start with - before things such as bad air, bad meals and stress take their toll.

It’s not a difficult thing to treatment really. Just drink a glass of drinking water every half hour roughly - or 10-12 cups of water per day - and you’ll notice a huge jump in your energy.

Living Food - Loving Life!

A little known simple truth is that heating food above 116°F destroys much of the nutrient content material. Due to the fact we aren’t consuming enough veggies already, that’s a reasonably substantial issue.
Nutritionists recommend five serves of fresh vegetables per day time. How many of us are taking those suggestions actually?

A great way to get the nutrients found in fresh vegetables without spending all day long at the stove or eating raw celery sticks is to juice your veggies.

Ensure that you own an excellent juicer (some juicers expose vegetables to warmth made by friction during juicing, which breaks down important enzymes), grab some more fresh vegetables and drink the right path to good wellness.

It requires a fraction of the time (there’s no cooking involved, for one thing) and it’s convenient. You may take your juice to work and present some to the littlies for school lunches actually!

Wheatgrass, in particular, is an excellent way to obtain nutrition. It’s high in chlorophyll (sometimes described as ‘plant blood’ because it closely resembles individual red blood cell molecules) and provides over 100 elements that your body needs.

Fresh grains are another excellent source for minerals and vitamins that can help our body.

Energy In - Energy Out

Exercise is another dirty phrase for most of us. The plain thing is, exercise doesn’t have to be horribly frustrating or mind-numbingly boring. There are lots of options.

Years ago gyms offered weight rooms usually, aerobics classes and perhaps a hydro-circuit. You can include water aerobics now, yoga, pilates, dance-exercise, step classes and a complete selection of new workout options.

If you don’t genuinely have the time or cash for the gym, or prefer to invest your mornings or nights in the home, try a fitness bike or walker then.

I’d be dropped without my exercise bike - I set it up in front of the television and peddle aside merrily within my favorite shows.

If, like me, you suffer from illness or injury or your level of fitness is quite low, you could consider some invaluable advice that I acquired from my doctor:

Once you’re physically unfit, and particularly if you’re also unwell, it's rather a mammoth battle to do the most minimal amount of exercise per day just.

The danger is normally that inactivity leads to help expand loss of energy, which becomes a self-perpetuating cycle until you can barely get off the couch.

An excellent way to return back to a physical regimen is to begin slowly. Ridiculously gradually, it may seem. For the 1st couple of weeks, walk/ride for 5 minutes per day - exactly five minutes, no more, if you feel you could continue actually.

When the 2 weeks up are, increase to 7 a few minutes, then 10 minutes, 12 minutes… continue steadily to gradually increase your activity until you’re at a level that you’re more comfortable with.

It may sound just a little silly, but it works. In place, you trick the body into producing even more energy. You’re building your workout time up so gradually that your body doesn’t really realize what’s happening.

Follow this method and, before you know it, you’ll be easily exercising within your limits every day.

So, people, that’s the basics. If you can rearrange your life a little to permit for better eating habits and a little exercise, and if you remember to just drink a glass of drinking water every half hour or so, you’ll be well on the real way to living a healthy life.

On a final note, forget to take some peace and quiet for yourself don’t. Meditating is an excellent way to minimize stress.

You don’t need to sit around for hours, just give yourself five minutes of peace and quiet every full day - even in the shower, if that’s the only place where one can get periods - and have just a little catch up with yourself.

And, last but in no way least, laugh! In fact, laugh just like a loon and can help to improve our stress and depression level - the louder the better! You’ll be surprised at how much such a  very simple matter can lift your spirits!

We’re so busy racing through our daily lives that people don’t take the time to look after ourselves. It’s really no wonder that so many of us are exhausted and run down.
